The District 9 Office is located on Glenn Cabe Road which is roughly 2 miles south of Dillsboro on 441. You will pass a recycling center on the left and the entrance on Glenn Cabe Road is the next left. It is next to a group of storage buildings with blue fronts on them. There is a sign on the building which states District 9.
